Turnaround at Flanigan Bilt Golf is typically 8 to 12 weeks. Complex or fully custom work may take longer. You receive an invoice when the work is complete, and your clubs ship once it's paid.

What is Black N-Eleven?

Accepted Answer

Black N-Eleven is Flanigan Bilt's signature black finish. It is not a plating — the club is sealed in a vault and brought to roughly 950–1100°F under atmospheric pressure so the color bonds into the steel. It won't rust, plays like raw, and is the most durable black finish we offer.

Yes. Flanigan Bilt regularly refinishes and restores Scotty Cameron, Titleist, Mizuno, Miura, Ben Hogan, Vokey, and Ping clubs nationwide by mail-in.

How do I send my clubs in?

Accepted Answer

Complete the digital Work Order, print the summary it generates, and place it in the box with your clubs. Ship to the shop in Burton, Ohio. You pay shipping both ways. Do not send head covers — we are not responsible for returning them.

How do I pay?

We accept all major credit cards, including over the phone at (216) 466-1953. We send an invoice when your clubs are finished, and they ship once it's paid.

Is the shop open to the public?

No. Flanigan Bilt is a mail-in shop in Burton, Ohio and is not open to the public. Please complete a Work Order before shipping any clubs.
